Dear Devotee, 

                     Your Rajdhani Mandir, from its own building, is fulfilling the religious, social, cultural, educational, and spiritual needs of a diversified local Hindu Community. All activities, and the Mandir building, cost money and require your support. The original mortgage loan on the building is more than $2 million. The monthly mortgage and insurance payment is approx. $17,000 and an additional $8k-10k or more is needed every month to operate and maintain the Mandir.  The Mandir is supported by donations from devotees like you. We, the common devotees, are the patrons of this Mandir. It is in our heritage and tradition that we don’t keep our place of worship under the burden of debt. Now, when life is getting more hectic and family relations are more fragile and complicated, an institution like our Mandir is essential for our salvation.

Therefore we hereby request you to participate in the Mandir’s “Make Mandir Debt Free Program” and become a regular monthly donor. Through this program, each month the Mandir will automatically debit your donated amount from your authorized bank account. This procedure is very common in paying monthly mortgage, credit cards, utility bills etc.

 We appeal to you to commit at-least $1 each day (or any amount you like) to your Mandir. Your contribution will make the Mandir debt free very soon. There has been a good response to this program and the goal is to fully pay off the mortgage through this donation option.  

As of July 13^th, 2003, over 700 families are participating in this program with a total contribution of over $14,100 a month. This program has already brought down the Mandir mortgage payoff from 16 years to about 6-7 years.  If we continue this program and enroll another 400+ families, the Mandir mortgage can be fully paid-off in about 4-5 years.  Please see below a brief summary of mortgage payment with and without this marvelous program.

Please note that 100% of your payment goes to Mandir’s Principal mortgage and is fully tax deductible. You can adjust, put on hold or cancel it at any time. Please pledge to any amount that you feel financially comfortable. And, no amount is small.  By enrolling in this program you will also be guaranteeing that your first financial transaction every month will be in God’s name.  What can be more auspicious than that?
